Discover Portfolios

Problem
New copy traders faced difficulties in finding the right portfolio to copy, since they could only sort through filters such as PnL, ROI, Sharpe Ratio, etc, on the homepage. This was a tediously manual and lengthy process, lowering customer satisfaction as well as the conversion rate for copy trading.


Solution
Using Tinder as inspiration, portfolios were presented in a deck of cards, allowing copy traders to quickly swipe through a list of recommended portfolios with high PnL and ROI.

By swiping left, users reject the portfolio and move onto the next one. By swiping right, users can mock copy the portfolio with paper money and observe the lead trader’s performance without risking real capital. Finally, users can also directly invest in the portfolio if they are so inclined.
